“Content” means all information made available in the Service by Ikon AI.
“Offering” means a Partner’s product or service offering, which uses the Service in some capacity and which Users can purchase from the Partner.
"Partner” means a third-party company who is a customer of Ikon AI and whose Offering is partly or wholly based on the Service.
“Partner Content” means all information made available in the Service by the Partner.
“Service” means the online Service operated by Ikon AI, which Users can access either directly with Ikon AI or as part of the Offering by the Partner.
“User” means each person or entity which is granted access to the Service.
“User Information ” means information You provide to the Service that are included and can be searched for in the Service.
“We”, “Our” or “Us” means Ikon Live Oy.
“You” or “Your” means the individual, company or other legal entity which is Our User and for which you are accepting these Terms of Service.

6.1 We, the Partner, or their licensors, retain all ownership and Intellectual Property Rights to the Content and Partner Content published and made available to You in the Service.
6.2 All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets, in and to our Service belong to Us or our licensors. You may use our Service only for the purposes of using the Service in accordance with these Terms of Service. Any other use, including but not limited to reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance of the content of our Service, without our prior written consent, is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property rights may result in civil and criminal penalties.
6.3 If you discover that your content is being used without your consent, please notify us immediately at support@ikonai.com. Upon notification, we will investigate the matter and take necessary actions to address any unauthorized use of your content and be in touch with our Partner.
7.1 We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or usefulness of a Content or Partner Content that is publicly available or uploaded to the Service by Us or the Partner.
7.2 While We make every effort to ensure the quality and appropriateness of Content and Partner Content, it is ultimately the responsibility of the Partner to ensure that the Partner Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations, and do not infringe on the rights of any third party.
7.3 We are not liable for any harm, loss, or damage that may arise from the use or reliance on any Content or Partner Content published in the Service.
7.4 We are not responsible for any infringement or violation of any third-party rights resulting from the Users’ use of the Content or Partner Content to the Service.
7.5 The User agrees to indemnify and hold Us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of the Content or Partner Content.
8.1 We may make changes to the Service and will do our best to inform you in advance of such changes.

10.1 Ikon AI cannot be held liable for any damage caused to the Users or to third parties as a consequence of performance of these Terms of Service.
10.2 Access to the Service is being provided solely for use in accordance with these Terms of Service.
10.3 Except as expressly provided otherwise in these Terms of Service, the Service is provided on an “as is” basis, exclusive of any express or implied warranties thereof. We disclaim all implied warranties, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10.4 Any content published by anyone other than Us in the Service is the sole responsibility of the originator of that Content. We are not responsible for any Partner Content available in the Service.
10.5 You agree to use these Content or Partner Content at Your own risk and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of the Content or Partner Content. We are not liable for any harm, loss, or damage that may arise from the use of the Content or Partner Content provided within the Service. We disclaim any responsibility whatsoever for any Content or Partner Content within the Service regardless of who originated that content.
10.6 We shall not be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or damages based on lost profits, data, or use, however caused and, whether in contract, tort or under any other theory of liability, whether or not you have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.7 Our maximum liability under these Terms of Service shall in no event exceed one hundred (100) euros.
